Kidney Health Week (Monday, 15th March to Sunday, 21st March) in Australia is national campaigns to help raise awareness on the importance of kidneys health and to shine a light on early detection and prevention. In fact, one in three Australians Adults are at risk of kidney disease. You may be at high risk for kidney disease if you are over 60 years old, are a smoker, are diabetic, suffer from high blood pressure, etc.
